“But Damo, Jesus wants you to be happy!”

 

Yeah. He wants you to be happy, with Him… not here.

 

“But Damo, Jesus wants you to be with your family!”

 

No. Jesus wants my sanctification. Jesus MAY want me in prison, apart from my wife and children. So be it. At least, I pray that I have the strength to want what He wants.

 

That’s why I believe this in the very depth of my soul; if we chose to, we faithful Catholics, and other sincere Christians could end abortion in this country tomorrow. We could end so-called gay marriage tomorrow. But the question is, are you ready to endure the pain and suffering that will surely come with standing for Christ?
